PONARERO, LLC.

Paver installation including removal of topsoil and unsuitable fill. Preparation of gravel subbase with placement of a woven stabilization geotextile fabric for proper seperation of materials. Built with drainage in mind to allow the runoff of stormwater. Use of plastic edge restraints to prolong the life of the paver installation, if desirable concrete toe placement with reinforcing steel. Placement of washed concrete bedding sand in which conforms to ASTM C33 (#200 sieve) with appropriate thickness and no tread of the installer. A geotextile may be used for seperation of materials between the base and bedding sand if desirable. Compaction of the pavers with a polyurethane plate compactor pad (when applicable), including proper cleaning/application of joints prior to the application of sealer. Our service(s) include:

- Patios & Walkways

- Driveways

- Fire-pits

Concrete installation including removal of topsoil and unsuitable fill. Preparation of gravel subbase with placement of a woven stabilization geotextile fabric for proper seperation of materials. Built with drainage in mind when applicable to allow the runoff of stormwater. The gravel subbase is lightly saturated prior to the placement of concrete. In which, the reinforcing steel is placed according to architectural drawings. The concrete is poured into the pre-determined formwork in which is coated with a form release agent. The concrete is then vibrated, and finished. When applicable the forms are stripped and the exterior of the concrete is finished as well. Concrete is placed with air-entrainment, water-reducers, accelerators, and retardents in mind. The application of a curing compound or cure and seal is then applied in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Our service(s) include:

- Patios & Walkways

- Driveways

- Slab-on-Grades

- Stairs & Walls

- Restoration & Maintenance (Non-Polished)

Retaining wall installation built to architectural drawings. Removal of topsoil and unsuitable fill. Preparation of gravel subbase leveling pad with use of a woven stabilization geotextile fabric. Installation of wall drains if necessary to ensure proper drainage with clog preventative method(s), such as a weep hole filter system with cleanable/replaceable filter cartridges. Backfill of retaining wall with clean stone utilizing a non woven geotextile filtration fabric for proper seperation of materials (in which is to be placed vertically between geogrid(s) when applicable). By backfilling the retaining wall with clean stone and use of a non woven geotextile fabric, the water will promote drainage and the gravel will not clog with soil materials. The water then freely flows through the toe drain to placement of discharge installed by a third party contractor. Clean stone also removes the factor of disturbance to the retaining wall due to compactive efforts. Depending on the height of the retaining wall, geogrid(s) will be placed in accordance with architectural drawings. When geogrid(s) are utilized crushed stone of a smaller sieve size, although angular and washed (with no fines) is used as backfill rather than clean stone, to minimize settling and to maintain a level grade in order to obtain optimum design strength. The retaining wall is then cleaned and sealer is applied in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.

Masonry installation is to be level and plumb. Grout, mortar, expansion joints, control joints, wall ties, lintels, wire-reinforcement joints, drip edges, weep screeds, brick vents, flashing and weep holes are to be installed in accordance with ASTM standards, local code, and industry recommendations. When applicable, reinforcing steel is to be placed according to architectural drawings. The masonry wall is to be cleaned and sealer is applied in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
